Neece Heating and Cooling Inc is a locally owned heating and air conditioning contractor operating out of 917 N Allen Rd in Independence, Missouri. We are not a franchise and not a call center — when you phone (816) 461-8200, you reach the same company that will be standing in your basement.
Our work is split between emergency repair, planned replacement, and maintenance, and most of it comes from customers who have called us before or from neighbors those customers sent our way. That is a deliberate business model. It only works if we tell people the truth about their equipment, quote the repair when a repair will do, and stand behind the installations we sell.

We test the system and identify the actual failure before anyone talks about price or replacement. Parts don't get swapped on a guess.
Price it up front.
You approve the cost before work starts. If a repair doesn't make sense on old equipment, we'll show you the replacement numbers side by side and let you decide.
Leave it better than we found it.
Drop cloths, clean-up, hauling the old unit away, and a walkthrough of the thermostat and filter schedule before we go.
